Are you an experienced IT Supporter in the Zurich region looking for a part-time role (40-60%) ? Look no further! Our client, an engineering firm in Zurich, is looking for an IT Supporter for their business. This is a part-time position - between 40-60% and the role requires being able to commit to work 100% onsite.

What You Will Do

• Handling and solving any and all IT Support issues from users
• Be involved in various projects including rollouts of software and hardware within the client site
• Be a point of contact for all internal stakeholders when it comes to resolving any technical issues onsite in German and English
  
  

What background is required:

• 3+ years of experience providing IT support services. Preference is for candidates used to supporting and working within a global company.
• University education in IT related field
• Strong communication skills and a customer oriented: you love dealing with people and solving problems
• Fluent English and German - written and spoken
