Your main tasks
- Global responsibility for the remuneration management of the Ypsomed Group
- Contact person and sparring partner for the Ypsomed management for all strategic and methodological remuneration topics
- Advising HR specialists on all aspects of remuneration management
- Further development and establishment of the entire Ypsomed remuneration framework, in particular the "Total Rewards System" and the "Ypsomed Salary System"
- Evaluation and implementation of modern, scalable tools for the management of all remuneration topics and processes
- Responsible for the annual compensation cycle including salary review, short and long-term incentives as well as the preparation of the compensation report
- Responsible for other recurring processes such as salary benchmarking and recurring equal pay analyses
- Continuous market scouting and benchmarking with a focus on modern remuneration models
- University degree in economics or a technical discipline with additional training in economics and/or human resources
- Further development in project and process management an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in strategic-conceptual tasks with a holistic focus in a large international matrix organisation
- Experience in a strategic role in the area of compensation and benefits
- Experience in leading complex projects, preferably in the area of compensation management
- Strong communication skills in German and English
