Based in Geneva you will be part of the Human Resources Shared Services team and reports directly to the HR COO.
DAILY WORK
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for a 12-month assignment in the HR Department of BNP Paribas (Suisse) SA. This main responsibility of this role is the complete start-to-end administration of processing work certificates for our employees. The ideal candidate may be also required to work on other administrative tasks within the department as needed.

PROFILE
The ideal candidate can demonstrate:
- General knowledge of Human Resources and, specifically, experience with work certificate administration
- Minimum 3 years of experience ideally in the Banking industry
- Excellent writing skills in French and English (German is an advantage)
- Strong organizational skills, including managing priorities, efficiency, and self-autonomy
- Attention to detail and thoroughness
- Discretion with a good understanding of confidentiality and data privacy
- Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel)
