Tasks

• Your main responsibility will be to handle complex and high-risk projects. Upon request you will support the Quotation Engineers from our affiliated companies around the globe in all technical matters and ensure that the proposals meet customer expectations, particularly in terms of quality and competitiveness.
• You are responsible for the development of the technical concept in cooperation with sales, technology, engineering and commercial services.
• You validate layouts, project plans and DOW (Division of Work) documents
• As an expert within the Sales/Quotation process, you work closely with the customer and present the technical and technological concept at customer meetings in close cooperation with sales
• You coordinate and manage Quotations efficiently, taking continuous process optimization into account.
• As an expert, you are responsible for managing and coordinating the workload and act as a contact person for technical and technological questions for our local Sales Manager
  
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Higher technical or commercial education with focus on project management
• 3 – 5 years experience as Quotation Engineer in similar industries
• Professional experience in project management
• CAD (AutoCAD 3-D) basic knowledge
• Effective communication based on modern digital workplace environments
• Negotiation skills in German and English (C1)
• High-quality service for internal and external customers (respond time, flexibility, TOP value)
• Structured way of working and ability to work on multiple projects in parallel and complete them within the specified time, costs and quality.
• Winning and entrepreneurial personality with high customer orientation and strong multicultural understanding
