Overview:

The Account Manager is responsible for being the liaison between the Ascent organization and our clients. This includes managing the day-to-day relationship as well as providing superior service to all internal and external stakeholders. In this role you will need to proactively monitor outstanding requests, coordinate resolution of those requests and ensure deliverables are completed on a timely basis as well as gain a deep understanding of our client’s business operations and strategic needs. You will need to exhibit the capability to be a strong team member participating in work groups and being an active contributor. You will evaluate, refine and document the client processes to ensure a comprehensive and high-quality experience for all stakeholders and collaborate with the wider Account Management Team to ensure processes align across all our clients.

What you will be working on:

  • Daily interaction with internal and external partners to obtain the requested information for ongoing requests from the internal teams and clients
  • Managing day to day client relationships through comprehensive knowledge of their benefit structure and business needs
  • Overall project management and coordinating of required deliverables relating to the participant’s contract from internal and external stakeholders
  • Creates and establishes standardized processes for information flow between Ascent and the participant
  • Responsible for attending cross functional stakeholder meetings and proactively identifying impact to participants and following up on any required resolution

Your Profile:

  • 5-8 years relevant work experience or Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Active knowledge of English is a must (C1 level)
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong focus on book of business client satisfaction and client retention results
  • Demonstrated ability managing projects, utilizing proven project management processes
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively communicate and to resolve issues with the highest sense of urgency
