Systems Administrator / IT Infrastructure Engineer - #10513669

The role of the employee will be to ensure the management of the the client’s networks and systems as well as to provide IT support to users on a daily basis.

The employee will also participate in the implementation of Group IT systems in Europe, Africa and Asia.

Tasks

• Professionally and efficiently provide IT support to users in Europe and on remote sites (Africa, Asia)
• Provide technical support for all of the Group's IT products and services
  
  
  

This includes answering technical questions, carrying out IT interventions of any nature, providing user training in software and hardware

• Participate in the administration of Group networks and IT systems (servers, firewalls, wireless systems, electrical equipment, infrastructures)
• Ensure the management of the IT assets of the subsidiaries, in collaboration with local teams
• Participate in the administration of the central infrastructure in Switzerland (VMware, Fortinet, Cisco, Citrix, MSSQL, MS Exchange, SharePoint, Avaya, etc.)
• Ensure the management of various IT infrastructure projects in Europe and Africa

• MS Windows domains of any size
• MS Exchange, MS SharePoint, MS SQL Database
• TCP/IP, LAN, WAN
• Fortinet, FortiManager, FortiAnalyser
• SD-WAN, IPSec VPN, SSL VPN
• vSAT satellite communications systems
• VMware ESXi, VMWare Workstation, vMotion, vSphere
• NetApp and storage technologies
• Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop
• Wireless technologies of all types
• ESET Server, console
• IP telephony systems
• VEEAM data backup systems, Veritas BackupExec
• MS Azure cloud
• Computer hardware (servers, workstations, peripherals, components, etc.)
